Four Hour Challenge Via Zeega

I attended Professor Steven Pinker’s lecture “Three Reasons to Affirm Free Speech” at Wellesley College, hosted by The Freedom Project (http://www.classical-liberalism.org/).  The lecture, which occurred on February 18, 2015, started at 8:00PM and finished at 9:00PM.  To produce this story, I took notes during the lecture and decided to implement “Zeega” after.  Check out the results below:

  • Start Time: 8:00PM 02/18/2015
  • End Time: 12:00AM 02/19/2015
  • Post Time: 5:20PM 02/20/2015 (I couldn’t figure out how to share “Zeega”)

  1. Melissa, nice job – great that you got a chance to try out Zeega! Was it pretty straightforward to use? Was there anything you wanted to do that you couldn’t with this tool?

I liked the music in the piece, it felt energetic which I think works well for covering an event. I would have loved to see some of the questions people asked in the discussion afterwards, and perhaps a quote from one of the attendees. Well done.

    • I had used Zeega for an assignment two summers ago at Dartmouth, and I love using it! I wish I could “undo” within Zeega. I really hoped to add the questions but I was running out of time, it took me too long to structure the images within Zeega.

      Thanks for your advice!
