This example has the sweet, sweet complexity of strong elements of truth despite being leveraged for overtly partisan usage. I think the sourcing of a story from a person hearing something from a single veterinarian and posting it to Facebook is the biggest hit to its credibility. But you do a nice job digging up the actual policies involved.
